Payment & Shipping

1. Payment Methods

At Agape Coffee j.d.o.o., we offer the following payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard®, Visa, and Maestro®. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring the protection of your financial information.

  • Bank Transfer: You may choose to pay via bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the necessary details to complete the payment. Please include your order number as the payment reference to facilitate prompt processing. Note that your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed, which may take up to two business days.

2. Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policies are as follows:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within one business day (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Domestic Shipping (Croatia): We offer standard tracked shipping via GLS courier service. Delivery is free for orders over €100 (approximately 753.45 HRK). For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of €6 (45.21 HRK) applies, inclusive of VAT. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days.

  • International Shipping: We provide international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may be due upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential additional costs.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment through the GLS Track & Trace system. If you have provided your mobile number, GLS will also send an SMS notification with delivery details.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the items you purchased, please contact us immediately at hello@agape.coffee. We will work promptly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

5. Additional Information

Please note that the Sales-Purchase Agreement is concluded upon receipt of payment. For cash on delivery payments (available only within Croatia), the courier service may charge an additional fee for this service.
